Incorrect Recipient Address?
If an error was made in the recipient's address, the customer must bear responsibility.
Return Policy
What if the product is damaged in the mail? If something arrives damaged, open a support ticket or send a photograph of the damaged items to moonlighttusker@gmail.com, and a replacement will be happily sent to you at no additional charge.
Time Limit to Apply for an Exchange? Claims for items that are damaged or defective must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.
Order Being Returned to Sender—What Next? Orders may be returned to the sender for reasons including an unaddressable location. Other circumstances may include the package being unclaimed at customs or rejected/returned by the recipient. You'll be notified once the order returns to our facility. To have the product reshipped, provide an updated address. Please note that new shipping charges may apply if the order was unclaimed at customs, returned by the customer, or if the address was originally incorrect.
Lost Transit Packages Claims for packages lost in transit must be filed no later than 3 days after the projected delivery date.
Incorrect Recipient Address? If the recipient's address is incorrect, responsibility falls on you.
Package Marked Delivered but Not Received? Regrettably, I cannot assist if the carrier has marked the package as delivered, but you claim not to have received it. Since I cannot validate this claim, I cannot bear the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
However, all hope is not lost! Sometimes, the delivery person may have placed the package at your address in an unusual spot. In such cases, please contact the carrier for additional information about the shipment, like: “Placed under the table on the rear porch.”
